While most customers deploy IOTee as a cloud SaaS hosted within Saudi Arabia, we offer full on-premise deployment for enterprises with classified data, government entities requiring NCA-aligned infrastructure, or operations with specific data sovereignty requirements. On-premise deployments include dedicated infrastructure design, security hardening, and ongoing managed support from our Saudi engineering team.

IOTee uses transparent per-vehicle annual pricing. Basic GPS tracking starts from SAR 510 per vehicle per year including device, installation, and platform access. Comprehensive packages with cameras, sensors, driver behavior monitoring, and integration support range from SAR 1,200 to SAR 3,500 per vehicle per year depending on configuration. Enterprise contracts include volume discounts (5%–15% for 25+, 50+, 100+ vehicles) and custom SLA pricing. We provide detailed quotes after the initial assessment.
What support hours and response times does IOTee offer?
IOTee provides 24/7 bilingual Arabic and English support across all customer tiers. Standard SMB and mid-market customers get 4-hour first-response on critical issues, next-business-day on standard issues. Enterprise customers receive a 15-minute SLA on critical mission-critical issues, a dedicated account team, and named engineers. We scale support during peak operations (Hajj, Umrah, Ramadan, Saudi Seasons) with dedicated hyper-care teams.

No data leaves the Kingdom unless explicitly configured for cross-border GCC operations.
