The IOTee app is free for IOTee customers on all platforms — iOS, Android, macOS, and Windows. Customers sign in with their IOTee account credentials and access their full fleet data, alerts, and reports across every device at no additional cost.
One IOTee account works simultaneously on iPhone, Android, Mac, and Windows. All data syncs in real time — alerts, vehicle status, geofences, and reports stay consistent across every device. There is no per-device license; the same account credentials work everywhere.
The mobile apps (iOS and Android) cover on-the-go fleet management — live tracking, instant alerts, driver scoring, and quick actions from your phone or tablet. The desktop apps (Mac and Windows) add power-user capabilities for operations rooms — multi-vehicle bulk operations, advanced report builder, and multi-monitor dashboards.
Mobile apps cache recent data — vehicle locations, driver scores, geofences, and trip history — so information is available when you're temporarily without network coverage. Real-time updates resume automatically when connectivity is restored. Desktop apps require active internet for live data but allow report export and cached history viewing offline.
All four apps support Arabic and English with full RTL layout. Language is set per user account independently of device language settings, making the same install usable by Arabic-speaking and English-speaking team members.
iOS and Android updates are delivered through the App Store and Google Play automatically. Mac and Windows desktop apps check for updates on launch and notify when a new version is available — one-click update with no manual download required. All updates are free for IOTee customers.
The web dashboard at app.iotee.app runs in any browser — useful for occasional access or shared workstations without app installation. The native apps (iOS, Android, Mac, Windows) deliver faster performance, push notifications for alerts, offline data caching on mobile, and platform-specific features like multi-monitor support on desktop. Both connect to the same IOTee account and same fleet data.
